About the Opportunity

IMT Precision has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable Administrator, based in Ingersoll, ON.

Reporting to the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team by managing all aspects of Accounts Receivable, from invoicing to cash collection and reconciliation.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing and delivering customer invoices accurately and promptly
  • Ensuring timely receipt of customer payments and following up on past-due accounts
  • Reviewing collection issues and new customer approvals with the Controller
  • Serving as the primary contact for customer payment inquiries
  • Maintaining and reconciling customer files and financial records
  • Complying with monthly and yearly financial reporting deadlines
  • Recording and reconciling scrap revenue and sales commissions
  • Managing daily bank and cash reconciliations and reporting cash transactions

More About You

To qualify, you will need experience in an Accounts Receivable role within an ERP environment, with a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent. You must also have the ability to undergo a Criminal Records Check.

Registration with the Controlled Goods Program is mandatory for any person examining, possessing or transferring controlled goods in Canada. To register with the Controlled Goods Program, you must have citizenship or permanent residency.  

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the Dynamics system and company procedures 
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Proven knowledge of online banking and year-end procedures
  • Ability to solve discrepancies efficiently, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
